Chef Wes Hannah on the Food Network

Hi Blossoming Lotus Fans.  Our Chef, Wes Hannah, and vegan cookbook author, Isa Chandra Moskowitz, were filmed today for Food Network’s new series Veg Edge.  Check out this behind-the-scenes look at Wes making his Live Watermelon and Heirloom Tomato Timbale with Rosemary Pesto, Seasoned Cashew Cheese and Blackberry-Basil Vinaigrette.  The series is expected to air in January.
