Valentine’s Day at the Lotus!

Hello lovers and friends! We are now taking reservations for our annual Valentine’s day dinner. This year we will have five courses for $55, with 2 seatings at 5:30 & 8:30 pm. Of course, we will have gluten free options for all courses, and a bevy of delicious cocktails tailored just for the occasion. Hope to see you there! Shiitake & Kombu Dashi

dark roasted mushroom broth, with seasonal vegetables, toasted nori, grilled tofu,

shredded daikon, sweet peppers, green onion, and sesame-chili oil


Winter Vegetable “Charcuterie”

housemade vegan cheese, mushroom rillettes, chiogga beet “salumi”,

cauliflower pickles, heirloom carrot terrine, and apricot mostarda


Saffron Risotto

aji amarillo salsa huancaina, sauteed rapini, king trumpet mushroom “scallops”,

with microgreens and blood orange vinaigrette


Black Trumpet Mushrooms

over smoked sunchoke horseradish gratin, with roasted rainbow carrots,

braised greens, and a beet-pinot noir demi-glace


Watermelon Radish Ravioli

filled with pine nut caponata and hazlenut cheese, served with preserved lemon cream,

salsa verde, shaved oregon white truffle, and frisee salad


Pistachio Baklava

with tangerine ice cream, saffron syrup, and candied rose petals


Strawberry Vanilla Cake

with lemon curd and coconut whipped cream
